Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned processes per SOPs and guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support for customer orders from receipt to closure, including procurement and supply of goods/services.
  • Collaborate with regional and domestic stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth processing.
  • Maintain project, contract, and proposal status in business systems (SAP, IFS, others).
  • Extract and analyze data to generate reports for regional stakeholders.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and audit processes for deviations.
  • Communicate updates, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure timely material delivery, invoicing, and project closure.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal customer queries related to assigned tasks.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
