IBDP Facilitator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad as an IBDP Facilitator at CHIREC International School. The IBDP Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) lessons in alignment with the IBDP framework. Responsibilities include preparing assessments, tracking student progress, fostering critical thinking, and supporting students with their extended essays and other IB-specific requirements. The facilitator will actively collaborate with colleagues, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in professional development to uphold CHIREC's educational standards.

• Deep understanding of the IBDP framework and its pedagogy
• Subject matter expertise and the ability to deliver engaging lessons
• Strong skills in student assessment, tracking progress, and providing feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in mentoring students for extended essays and other IB requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to an international school environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject; IB certification is advantageous
