About The Opportunity

A dynamic education services provider operating across India, we partner with international schools to deliver high-impact, curriculum-aligned teaching and leadership solutions. We specialize in supporting schools in implementing rigorous global programs—including the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)—with a focus on academic excellence, student agency, and holistic development.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of the IBDP at partner schools, ensuring full compliance with IB standards and deadlines.
• Facilitate curriculum planning, subject alignment, and internal assessment moderation across IB faculties.
• Organize and lead professional development workshops for IB teachers, enhancing pedagogical rigor and assessment literacy.
• Act as the primary liaison between schools and the IB Organization, managing submissions, audits, and feedback cycles.
• Monitor student progress, support CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) coordination, and guide IB coordinators in managing EE (Extended Essay) and TOK (Theory of Knowledge) processes.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, reporting tools, and performance dashboards for school leadership and IB validation.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• IBDP Coordinator certification or formal IB training
• Experience with IB Diploma Programme curriculum & assessment standards
• Proficiency in IBIS (IB Information System)
• Curriculum mapping & alignment expertise
• Internal assessment moderation experience
• IB report writing & submission protocols
• Preferred
• Experience with MYP or PYP programs
• familiarity with ManageBac or similar IB management platforms
• Workshop facilitation & teacher coaching background
