Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst (10+ years) with strong technical understanding of systems, architecture, and integrations.
The role involves working closely with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams
- Analyze existing systems, workflows, and architecture
- Define as-is and to-be process flows
- Support API integrations, system interfaces, and data flows
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews
- Assist in UAT, SIT, and validation activities
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Required Skills
Good Understanding Of
- System architecture & application design
- APIs, integrations, and microservices
- Databases and data flow concepts
Familiarity With
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Business Analysis (Technical-Focused)
Strong Experience In
- BRD / FRD / SRS documentation
- Requirement gathering & stakeholder discussions
- Process mapping (as-is / to-be)
