IB-Senior UI-React Developer

UI Development and Architecture:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, modular, Micro Frontend-based UI applications using React.js.
• Optimize UI applications for high performance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs efficiently, ensuring smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement authentication mechanisms like SSO and JWT for secure access.

Performance Optimization:

• Implement caching strategies to improve application speed and reduce load times.
• Continuously analyze and improve the performance of the UI applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness for a seamless user experience.

Mentorship and Best Practices:

• Guide and mentor junior UI developers on best practices, development standards, and advanced React concepts.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Help maintain a consistent and modular development process using modern frameworks and tools.

CI/CD, Containerization, and Deployment:

• Contribute to the CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of front-end applications.
• Work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling of UI applications.
• Resolve technical issues during deployment and help improve front-end reliability.

Bug Fixing and Technical Issue Resolution:

• Debug and resolve technical issues in the front-end, improving UI performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix bugs and implement features in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with Micro Frontend architecture and modular UI development.
• Expertise in REST API integration, performance optimization, and caching strategies.
• Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, particularly SSO and JWT.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

Development Tools & Processes:

• Proficient in using CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and UI/UX best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Ability to enforce best practices and high development standards in the team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and serverless architectures.
