Job Summary
We are hiring passionate and experienced educators for our IB PYP programme in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will bring strong subject expertise, a student-centric approach, and the ability to create an engaging and inquiry-based learning environment aligned with IB philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB PYP framework
- Foster inquiry-based learning and critical thinking among students
- Design differentiated learning experiences to meet diverse student needs
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress effectively
- Collaborate with team members for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development sessions
Role-Specific Requirements:English Teacher:
- Strong command of the English language and literature
- Experience in teaching higher primary students
Math Teacher
- Strong foundation in basic numeracy and early years math pedagogy
- Ability to simplify concepts for young learners
Music Teacher (Guitarist)
- Expertise in instrumental music with specialisation in Guitar
- Must hold Grade 8 certification in Guitar
- Ability to train students for performances and school events
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in a relevant subject (mandatory)
- Prior experience in IB PYP or similar international curriculum preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Compensation
- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Gross)
- Note: Compensation is non-negotiable
