Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned IB MYP and DP mathematics lessons that build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate assessment records in ManageBac and the school LMS.
- Differentiate instruction and scaffold learning for mixed-ability classrooms, implementing targeted interventions to improve achievement.
- Guide and assess Internal Assessments (IAs) and support exam preparation for DP candidates to achieve strong external assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum mapping, unit planning, and moderation to ensure continuity across grades and programme alignment.
- Communicate student progress to parents and guardians and participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
