Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for IB Early Years Programme (EYP) teachers across schools in Chennai and surrounding districts.
• Build and maintain relationships with IB-certified schools, headmasters, and curriculum coordinators to align hiring needs with candidate profiles.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for EYP roles using structured behavioral and pedagogical evaluation frameworks.
• Organize and facilitate interview scheduling, candidate briefings, and onboarding logistics for international and domestic hires.
• Track candidate pipelines through ATS and provide real-time reporting to operations and client success teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop candidate attraction content and prepare educators for IB-specific interviews.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• IB PYP or EYP training certification
• Experience with school recruitment or teacher placement
• Proficiency in candidate screening tools (e.g., ATS, Zoom, Google Suite)
• Strong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks and pedagogical expectations
• Experience coordinating with international schools or expat hiring
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
• Preferred
• Experience working with early childhood education frameworks (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia)
• Knowledge of Chennai school ecosystem and IB school network
