Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and experienced English educators to join our growing team as IB English Tutors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IB English content, test-taking strategies, and pedagogy. This is a remote, full-time position focused on preparing students for IB English, as well as developing their overall reading, writing, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging IB English lessons through Zoom.
- Diagnose individual student strengths and weaknesses and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Review instructional materials, lesson plans, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Provide detailed feedback to students to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor student progress and communicate performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic mentors and curriculum designers to ensure consistent and effective delivery of content.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Education, Literature, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching IB English or related standardized exams
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and rhetorical analysis.
- Strong instructional and presentation skills, particularly in an online teaching environment.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students across different academic backgrounds.
- Familiarity with online educational tools and platforms (Zoom).
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to student success and academic mentorship.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in IB curricula.
- Content development experience for standardized tests.
- Knowledge of data-driven instruction and student assessment methodologies.

Working Hours :
- 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
OR
- Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
OR
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Weekly Off: Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday
