IB Economics Tutor

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IBDP Economics to students in Grades 11 and 12.
• Deliver lessons aligned with the IB Diploma Programme Economics syllabus.
• Explain microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, and development economics.
• Prepare students for IB assessments, examinations, Internal Assessments (IA), and Extended Essay (EE) guidance, as appropriate.
• Help students develop analytical, evaluative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Teach students to interpret economic diagrams, data, case studies, and real-world examples.
• Provide practice questions, assignments, mock tests, and constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to individual learning needs.
• Support students in improving exam technique, essay writing, and application of economic theories.
