The IB DP English Language & Literature role at The Shri Ram Academy is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The educator will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills in students. Responsibilities also include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, developing literary and language skills, and supporting students with their internal assessments and external examinations. Participation in faculty meetings, professional development initiatives, and co-curricular activities will also be part of this role, contributing to the vibrant learning culture of TSRA.

• Strong expertise in English Teaching, with experience in delivering IB curriculum or similar international programs
• Effective Communication Skills, including the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in Translation and adapting complex texts for various learning levels
• Experience in Training and mentoring students for examinations and improving academic performance
• A passion for fostering curiosity and critical thinking in young learners
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in English, Literature, or Education, with additional certifications in IB advantageous
• Familiarity with technology-based teaching tools and platforms is desirable
