Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee identity and access management (IAM) initiatives to support business and security objectives.
  • Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access control settings across systems and applications.
  • Monitor activity logs and collaborate with the Regional IAM Team to detect and address potential security incidents.
  • Work under the guidance of Regional IAM Managers to align IAM programs with business needs, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop, update, and maintain IAM-related training materials and awareness programs.
  • Stay informed on emerging IAM technologies, industry developments, and best practices.
  • Manage the full user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and modifications to account access.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and applicable external regulations.
  • Address audit findings promptly, implementing corrective and preventive measures as required.
  • Handle escalated IAM-related inquiries and provide support to other business units as needed.
Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with proven experience defining and implementing IAM strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity federation, along with authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  • Hands-on expertise with IAM tools such as CyberArk, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), SailPoint, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Active Directory, including integration with multiple applications/connectors.
  • Skilled in key IAM operations including access reviews, reporting, workflows, reconciliation, password synchronization, and provisioning/de-provisioning into LDAP, AD, and other directories.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as firewalls, VPNs, and DNS, plus scripting skills in PowerShell and Linux for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex IAM-related technical issues.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance requirements and their application to IAM.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with IT, security, and business teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving IAM technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
