IAM Solutions Specialist – Saviynt

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Solutions Specialist with expertise in Saviynt to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Saviynt to enhance the security posture and operational efficiency of our organization. Your deep knowledge of IAM solutions, especially Saviynt, will be critical in driving compliance, reducing risk, and streamlining access management processes.

Skills Emphasis:

Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing Saviynt is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements, coupled with hands-on experience in Saviynt integrations and customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using Saviynt, ensuring robust access controls and user lifecycle management

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define access policies, and develop IAM workflows

- Integrate Saviynt with various enterprise systems and applications to automate provisioning and de-provisioning processes

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve access-related incidents, ensuring timely remediation and root cause analysis

- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews, generating reports to support regulatory and internal security standards

- Assist in the development and enforcement of IAM governance policies, standards, and best practices

- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on Saviynt features, enhancements, and security controls

- Stay updated on emerging IAM trends and Saviynt product developments to continuously improve solution effectiveness
