IAM Senior Support Analyst (IGA & PAM)

Job description
· We are seeking multiple IAM Senior Support Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, specifically Saviynt IGA and CyberArk/Saviynt CPAM.
· The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience executing User Access Reviews (UAR) across at least 3 full review cycles, covering 1,000+ users or 50+ applications per cycle, including campaign configuration, reviewer coordination, exception handling, and audit-ready reporting.
· Strong troubleshooting skills are required for L2/L3 tickets, with a proven track record of resolving 20+ incidents per week within defined SLAs (95%+ adherence).
· Hands-on expertise in onboarding applications, managing connectors, role/entitlement design, SoD policy enforcement, and PAM session/vault operations is essential.
· Candidates should have working-knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and at least one scripting language (Python/PowerShell) for automation and report generation.
· Industry certifications such as Saviynt Certified Professional, CyberArk Defender/Sentry, etc are strongly preferred.
· Experience supporting and collaborating with audit/compliance teams is an excellent-have.
Remark:
· Should be open for 24x7 Support shifts including night shifts
· Shift timings as per IST: 7 am to 4 pm, 3pm to 12 midnight & 11 pm to 8 am
