Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Okta-related issues and troubleshoot any access or authentication problems.
- Monitor IAM systems for performance and security compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM security controls and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
Skills And Tools Required
- Strong expertise in Okta, including application integration, SSO, and MFA.
- Proficient in identity management concepts, identity federation, and access control mechanisms.
- Familiarity with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address IAM challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
