Role Purpose:-
Looking for an experienced IAM/PAM Lead to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design and implement IAM solutions including lifecycle management, access governance, SSO, and federation
- Architect and deploy PAM/PIM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)
- Implement Access Management using Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, or equivalent
- Build CIAM solutions (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity)
- Define reference architectures, standards, and integration patterns
- Conduct IAM maturity assessments and define target operating models
- Lead architecture governance and guide delivery teams
- Develop custom integrations and connectors
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations
- Support presales and solution design activities
- Manage clients effectively with strong written and verbal communication
Experience & Skills:-
- 1012 years in IAM/PAM architecture
- Strong knowledge of IAM/PAM frameworks and operations
- Hands-on experience with tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt, SailPoint, ManageEngine
- Expertise in AD, ADFS, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, Zero Trust
- Experience with RBAC/PBAC, identity lifecycle, access governance
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator, CyberArk, SailPoint
- Experience in large hybrid enterprise environments
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2
