Position Title: IAM L3 Adminrole

Experience Level: 7-11 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Remote

Shift: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Role Scope

• Operate within the IAM service tower with no cross-domain ownership
• Support enterprise user base in a regulated environment
• Align delivery with governance, security, and compliance standards
• Work within SLA/KPI-driven managed services model
• Collaborate with internal L2/L3/engineering teams for escalations

Key Responsibilities

• Execute JML lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Provision and revoke user/system access
• Support access recertification cycles
• Manage privileged access users
• Ensure audit compliance and controls enforcement
• Handle identity incidents and service requests
• Maintain access governance documentation

• PAM tools
• Audit/reporting tools
• Policy engines
