Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM or related fields.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
• Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Sailpoint.
• Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices in the context of IAM.
• Proven ability to manage IAM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
