Job Title: IAM Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Relevant Experience: 2–3 Years in Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock
Location: Bangalore (BLR) / Trivandrum (TVM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with 5+ years of overall IT experience and 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock products.
- Configure and manage authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management.
- Participate in IAM architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Support IAM deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications and directories (LDAP/Active Directory).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Java, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
- Relevant IAM certifications are a plus.
