Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Developer with 5+ years of overall IT experience and 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock products.
• Configure and manage authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management.
• Participate in IAM architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
• Support IAM deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications and directories (LDAP/Active Directory).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Java, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Relevant IAM certifications are a plus.
