Job Description

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Identity and Access Management - Officer reporting directly to Vice President - Identity and Access Management.

Role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing migration of application from inhouse access management system into SailPoint.

Ensure AI adoption and automation in all migrated applications with minimal human intervention.

Enable project based support coordination on all associated work streams.

What you will be responsible for

The GCS IAM Officer is responsible for driving secure, compliant, and scalable identity lifecycle management, with a specific mandate to lead AI-driven transformation using Microsoft Copilot during the migration from legacy in house access provisioning workflows to SailPoint.

This role combines:

Operational IAM excellence

Migration program leadership

AI-driven efficiency enablement

Regulatory and audit alignment within GCS frameworks

The role operates within State Street's Global Cybersecurity (GCS) organization, which is accountable for enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance, risk management, and control implementation

Education & Preferred Qualifications

12-15+yrs years of experience in User Access provisioning, preferably in banking domain.

Bachelor's Degree in a computer or IT related subject.

CISSP,CISM or CompTIA Security+ Certifications will be an advantage.

ITIL/PMP will be a plus

AI related certification or projects will be differentiator.

Exposure to ITSM tools and expertise in generating Dashboards to report and act on trends.

Cloud knowledge on MS Azure and AWS is a must.

Work Requirement

Hybrid Work from Office - 3 Days mandatory.

Shift timings - APAC/EMEA shift depending on coverage requirements.
