We are seeking an experienced IAM and OKTA Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using Okta and Auth0.
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Conduct security assessments and audits of IAM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IAM technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong understanding of Okta and Auth0 platforms.
- Proficiency in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience with API security and OAuth2 protocols.
- Familiarity with SCIM, SAML, and OpenID Connect standards.
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
