JBMatrix is a technology solutions company specializing in ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and web application development. We are expanding our accessibility compliance services and are looking for an IAAP-certified professional to conduct website accessibility audits and provide compliance guidance.
Role Overview
We are seeking an IAAP-certified accessibility expert who can:
- Conduct comprehensive website accessibility audits
- Evaluate websites against WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines
- Provide structured audit reports with issue categorization
- Guide on compliance standards aligned with international accessibility requirements
- Assist in documentation required for accessibility certification readiness
The JBMatrix development team will handle all remediation, including coding fixes for websites and PDF documents, as per the audit report.
Responsibilities
- Perform accessibility audits for websites and web applications
- Review accessibility of PDF documents
- Identify WCAG Level A / AA compliance gaps
- Provide clear, developer-ready issue documentation
- Offer validation testing after remediation
- Support clients in accessibility compliance processes
Required Qualifications
- IAAP Certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA preferred)
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 standards
- Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, screen readers)
- Experience auditing enterprise or government websites preferred
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in accessibility consulting
- Knowledge of Indian and international compliance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
