Analytics Solution Development & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Talent, Workforce, and Change Analytics engagements from strategy and solution design through implementation and value realization.
Architect scalable analytics solutions leveraging advanced analytics, data science, GenAI, and workforce intelligence capabilities.
Ensure high-quality delivery across project scope, timelines, financials, resources, and client expectations.
Integrate data, technology, analytics, and business insights to solve complex workforce and organizational challenges.
Drive innovation in people analytics, workforce intelligence, organizational network analysis, skills analytics, workforce planning, and AI-powered talent solutions.
Business Development & Global Go-To-Market Leadership
Lead business development activities and sales origination efforts across global markets.
Build and maintain senior client relationships with CHROs, HR Leadership, Transformation Executives, Business Leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities and develop differentiated solutions that address emerging workforce and organizational priorities.
Lead proposal development, client pitches, solutioning, commercial discussions, and pursuit management activities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Talent, Workforce, and Change Analytics offerings.
Collaborate with global leadership teams to drive practice growth, revenue generation, and market penetration.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
Shape the future of Talent and Workforce Analytics through innovative approaches leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, Predictive Analytics, and Workforce Intelligence.
Develop market-facing thought leadership, assets, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable solutions.
Represent the practice externally through client forums, industry events, publications, and executive briefings.
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends across workforce transformation, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, analytics, and AI.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and consulting professionals.
