I&P GN - SC&E Senior Manager - Enterprise AI Value Strategy-EVS

Job Description

The ideal candidate for a Senior Manager in the Supply Chain team shall be,

• A subject matter expert in application of data science methodologies in one or more areas of supply chain analytics: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Design, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, After Market, or Control Tower
• Create new innovative offerings and lead workstreams in their area of expertise; demonstrate thought leadership which helps the growth of the Practice via new client work and more trained team members.
• Support business development and communicate with leaders in client teams to understand business challenges, be the solution architect, design and get buy-in for the analytics solution and serve as delivery lead of one or more Manager-led teams during project execution
  
  

Job Qualifications


Experience and Education:

• Ideal candidates should have a Ph.D. or a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics/ Economics/ Operations Research/Computer Science, etc.
• Work experience in data science applications should be 11+ years after Master's degree or 8+ years after Ph.D., with at least 7 years in advanced analytics solutions design and delivery experience in supply chain/logistics/manufacturing/ production. Global client experience is a plus. 
• Certifications in any one or two of the areas will be an added advantage: Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Optimization, Simulation, data science application on any of the cloud platforms (Azure/ GCP/ AWS).
