- Power BI or visualization and reporting tool Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies
- Programming & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage
- HR Analytics & Business Strategy: Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate insights, front-end client discussions, and present findings with well-structured reports
- Proof of Concept Development: Independently handle data, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving continuous improvement
