Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Site survey for collections of design Inputs
- Review key documents like P&I Diagram, System Architecture, Design Basis, Shelter/ Rack GA drawing etc.
- Prepare detail engineering documents: Cable schedule, Junction box wiring, Instrument hookup drawing, IO list, Instrument list, utility consumption etc.
- Preparation of Instrument index & BOQ
- Finalization of Instrument Datasheets and floating of RFQ
- Technical evaluation during procurement
- Performance calculation: Flow meter sizing, Control valve sizing, Thermowell stress calculation, sample lag time calculation etc.
- Preparation of Hook-up & BOQ of Hardware
- JB Grouping
- Preparation of Cable schedule
- Preparation of BOQ for Cable, JB & Tray
- Preparation of cable interconnection diagram
- Prepare the Functional design specification, FAT/SAT Procedure, operation manual etc.
- Site Execution supports
- Ability to work with Electrical and Mechanical interfaces.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
- Ready to take travelling assignment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- B. Tech. / B.E. (ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Control and Instrumentation(C&I) Engineering.
- Proficient language and communication skills; both verbal and written.
