JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Site survey for collections of design Inputs
  • Review key documents like P&I Diagram, System Architecture, Design Basis, Shelter/ Rack GA drawing etc.
  • Prepare detail engineering documents: Cable schedule, Junction box wiring, Instrument hookup drawing, IO list, Instrument list, utility consumption etc.
  • Preparation of Instrument index & BOQ
  • Finalization of Instrument Datasheets and floating of RFQ
  • Technical evaluation during procurement
  • Performance calculation: Flow meter sizing, Control valve sizing, Thermowell stress calculation, sample lag time calculation etc.
  • Preparation of Hook-up & BOQ of Hardware
  • JB Grouping
  • Preparation of Cable schedule
  • Preparation of BOQ for Cable, JB & Tray
  • Preparation of cable interconnection diagram
  • Prepare the Functional design specification, FAT/SAT Procedure, operation manual etc.
  • Site Execution supports
  • Ability to work with Electrical and Mechanical interfaces.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions alongwith risk assessments.
  • Ready to take travelling assignment.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • B. Tech. / B.E. (ECE, EEE, I&C, E&I).
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Control and Instrumentation(C&I) Engineering.
  • Proficient language and communication skills both verbal and written
