Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hygienist based in Jamnagar. The Hygienist will be responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection in accordance with guidelines. The following will be the operational requirement:

The audit will include verification of:

• Kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
• Raw material handling and storage conditions
• Food preparation and cooking processes
• Cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Personal hygiene practices of kitchen staff
• Waste management and pest control practices
• Identification of contamination risks and operational gaps

Qualification: M.Sc. Food Science

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in auditing

Knowledge Requirement: Sound knowledge of food safety parameters and FSSAI Schedule-4 guidelines.
