Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hygiene Supervisor, located in Udaipur. The Hygiene Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel. Daily tasks include managing cleaning staff, conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing hygiene policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

• Experience in health and safety regulations
• Leadership and staff management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Relevant certifications in hygiene or health and safety are a plus
• Requirement-

Required Experience

• Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor or Hygiene Team Leader in a Food Manufacturing Environment

• Good understanding & able to demonstrate people management skills.

• Good understanding of health and safety requirements including the ability to understand and use cleaning work instructions, procedures and safe systems of work

• Knowledge of Hygiene/ cleaning and ability to handle chemicals and understand COSHH requirements.

• An ability to effectively priorities a demanding workload to ensure that all KPIs are achieved.

• Effective communication skills both verbal, written and leadership skills

• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, etc).

Level 3 Food Safety Previous experience in a similar role  

• Candiate working in Hotel Industry will be preffered choice.
