Role Overview
The Hygiene Assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards inside the Brik Oven outlet. The role ensures a clean dining area, kitchen support areas, and washrooms to provide a safe and pleasant experience for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet (dining area, service area, kitchen support area).
Clean tables, chairs, floors, and equipment as per daily cleaning schedule.
Ensure washrooms are cleaned regularly and stocked with supplies.
Support kitchen team in cleaning utensils, workstations, and waste disposal.
Follow hygiene and safety standards set by Brik Oven.
Carry out deep cleaning tasks as per weekly/monthly schedule.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Segregate and dispose of waste properly.
Assist managers during busy hours with basic cleaning tasks.
