Design and development of hydraulic products †Electro-Hydraulic and Proportional Mobile control valves (Sectional,monoblock and HIC) and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applicationsGood understanding of fluid mechanics and Hydraulic Schematic and circuit designGood understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applicationsGood understanding of Design of Pressure compensator and and Spool design for Load Sensing and flow sharing Control valvesConfiguration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applicationsWorking knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementationGood knowledge inProblem solving methods and solutioning.Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic productsGD&T, tolerance Stack up Application in HydraulicsAbility to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standardsGood communication and interpersonal skillsMobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.Added advantage: -Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selectionTools & Methods required:Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCADFMEA ,Root Cause Alaysis (RCA)
