Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hydraulic and Pipe Fitter role based in Vasai. The Hydraulic and Pipe Fitter will install, assemble, and maintain hydraulic piping systems, including cutting, bending, threading, and fitting pipes according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily responsibilities include performing welding operations on pipes and related components, conducting pressure and leak tests, and supporting the commissioning of hydraulic systems. The role involves working closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot system issues, ensure proper alignment and secure connections, and maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor and at client sites. The individual will also be responsible for using appropriate tools and equipment, documenting work performed, and following all workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in pipe installation and pipefitting for hydraulic and steam systems.
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to industrial piping, including TIG welding.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems, fittings, valves, and related components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and engineering specifications.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and safe handling of pressurized systems.
• Minimum of a relevant technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or related trade; apprenticeship or ITI qualification preferred.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally in hydraulics or piping.
• Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams as well as independently.
