Introduction & Summary
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to play a pivotal role in our Agile transformation journey towards full SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. This position requires strong skills in coaching Agile teams and a deep understanding of Lean Thinking principles, enabling teams to foster a collaborative and adaptive work environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader guiding Agile teams through the Scrum process. Your core duties include:
- Acting as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams.
- Coaching teams on Agile values and principles.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Supporting teams in identifying and removing impediments.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog.
- Driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
Key Requirements
- Experience coaching teams in Agile practices and Lean Thinking principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) required; additional certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are a plus.
- Proactive and adaptive mindset, able to embrace change.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.
