Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of Direct Sales experience

• At least 1.5 years of team handling experience
• Ability to onboard/build and manage a team of 4 to 5 FLS
• CTC up to ₹7.5 LPA for outstanding performers with strong achievements and incentive earning
