Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ( 12-15 yrs min) and highly skilled Hybrid Cloud Practice & Offering consultant to join our Practice team that drives the business growth through innovative and competitive solutions and offerings. The role is responsible for developing Hybrid Cloud solutions aligned to industry and technology trends. The role demands collaborative working with Delivery, Sales and strategic Partners to develop and evangelize the offerings and strengthen the delivery capabilities. It is also expected to actively drive proactive opportunities through customer interactions through the closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow and analyse Technology trends in the market for technical challenges and use cases to address customer pain points
- Competitive analysis and technology evaluation for all Hybrid Cloud technologies (Compute / storage / Data protection / Edge Compute/ Hypervisors ..etc)
- Develop Reference architectures for Hybrid Cloud technologies (Compute / storage / Data protection / Edge Compute/ Hypervisors ..etc)
- Develop Techno-Commercial offerings addressing the commonly observed use cases / industry trends
- Identify industrialized / business use cases and develop Hybrid cloud solutions to address the same
- Build & develop offerings content - Technical solution documents / brochures / offering decks / Commercial models
- Sales & Delivery enablement for the offerings and the Technology trends / updates
- Capability & Offering presentations to prospect customers
Core Skills
- Deep Technology & OEM product knowledge (Dell / HP / Hitachi / Pure / Commvault / Rubrik ..etc)
- Good understanding of advanced technologies Infra for AI / Gen AI / AIOps
- Solution design and architecture Build Technology Stack / Effort & Cost Estimation
- Build technical use cases / Lab Setups / Demo setups
- Strong communication / articulation skills
- Proficient documentation & presentation skills
- Good business sense and passion for growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree in business management is a plus.
- At least 12 years experience in Hybrid Cloud Solutions and Pre-Sales expertise
- At least 5 years experience in Product / Offering Management or Development
