HW-SpincoAM-D1 FAW lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and own all technical aspects of FAW ERP/HCM implementations and/or customizations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models, data pipelines, and dashboards in FAW.
• Manage users, groups, application roles, and data access; customize FAW as per business requirements.
• Participate in all phases of FAW ERP/HCM modules: requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, architecture, build, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process for new applications or updates to existing applications/code.
• Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical reporting requirements.
• Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations within the FAW environment.
• Monitor user access and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of FAW, including database queries, data pipelines, and system resources.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
