Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI reports within Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Translate business requirements into functional BI solutions and report designs
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and insights that drive HR and business decisions
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide effective solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Optimize and tune BI reports for performance and usability
• Prepare documentation for BI reports, including functional specifications, user guides, and technical designs
• Assist in training end-users on OTBI and BI report functionalities
• Provide problem-solving support for complex reporting issues and work proactively to improve reporting processes
• Work closely with HCM module functional consultants to ensure accurate data representation
