Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and configuration for Compensation and Benefits modules in Fusion HCM
Capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Conduct workshops and interact with client key stakeholders
Provide expertise on legal and regulatory compliance across regions
Apply Life Cycle Methodologies (AIM, OUM) for Fusion HCM projects, Cloud or On-Premise
Support project planning, testing, and deployment activities
Provide guidance to junior functional consultants and act as functional lead where applicable
