Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC validation and calibration engineering role based in Bengaluru. The role involves performing validation and calibration of HVAC systems, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client specifications. Daily tasks include inspecting HVAC installations, conducting system performance tests, identifying and resolving technical issues, and coordinating preventive maintenance activities. The engineer will work closely with customers to understand system requirements, provide technical support, and maintain clear service records and reports. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to safety procedures are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems, including validation, calibration, and system performance assessment.
• Practical experience with Plumbing as it relates to HVAC installations and mechanical services.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and control-related issues.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and manage client expectations.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution for HVAC and related equipment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including occasional work in client facilities and laboratories.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary technical team.
