Job Title: Service Engineer – HVAC
Location: Industrial and commercial sites/factories across [e.g., Hyderabad,
Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi NCR]
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to install, maintain, and
troubleshoot HVAC systems at industrial and commercial sites. You will ensure optimal
performance, energy efficiency, and safety across all equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, DX,
Package AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Split AC, CSU, FCU, AHU, etc.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs to
optimize system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system
issues.
• Execute technical tasks such as brazing, nitrogen testing, compressor and
PCB replacements, fault troubleshooting.
• Work with refrigerants R410A, R32, R134, R407 following safety and
environmental standards.
• Collaborate with technicians and contractors for installations or system
upgrades.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
• Stay updated with latest HVAC technologies, trends, and safety regulations.
Requirements
• ITI / NCTVT / Diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or apprenticeship
preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, electrical & refrigeration principles
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and teamwork skills
• Physically able to climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in confined spaces
• Good communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
Working Conditions
• On-site work across industrial and commercial sites/factories
• Travel between sites may be required
• Strict adherence to safety and environmental standards
