Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Site Engineer with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in the erection, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in VRF, Chiller, and DX systems and ducting (ductable units), along with the ability to manage on-site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute installation (erection) of HVAC systems including VRF, Chiller, ducting (ductable units) and DX units.
- Carry out commissioning and performance testing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and handover records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge of VRF, Chiller, and DX systems and ducting (ductable units).
- Experience in erection, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and site protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary Rs. 4,50,000 to Rs 6,00,000 LPA
