Position: HVAC Service Manager

FREEZECO PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HVAC Service Manager to lead the service division and manage key customer accounts across Odisha and surrounding regions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in HVAC systems along with excellent client management and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and manage key customer accounts and AMC clients.
  • Lead service operations for HVAC systems including troubleshooting, maintenance, and breakdown support.
  • Supervise and coordinate service engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Attend customer meetings and provide technical and commercial support.
  • Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spare parts and technical assistance.
  • Prepare quotations, service reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper manpower planning and site coordination.
  • Maintain safety standards and operational discipline.
Technical Knowledge Required

Candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • RAC (Room Air Conditioning Systems)
  • Chiller Systems
  • VRV / VRF Systems
  • Ductable Air Conditioning Systems
  • Cassette AC Systems
  • HVAC Service & Maintenance Operations
  • Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
  • HVAC Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis
  • AMC and Facility Management Operations
Required Skills
  • Strong leadership and team handling capability
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple service sites and clients
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of service planning and execution
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification
  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HVAC service operations and key account management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
  • Exposure to reputed HVAC brands and large-scale HVAC systems.
  • Experience in handling hospitality, corporate, healthcare, or industrial clients will be preferred.
