Job Description

Job Summary:

The HVAC Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector. This role involves promoting and selling HVAC solutions to a wide range of clients, from residential to commercial and industrial sectors. The Sales Executive will work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new HVAC business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their HVAC needs, and offering solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets by selling HVAC equipment, systems, and maintenance services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products and services to effectively advise and educate customers.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Follow-up: Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-installation concerns.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical HVAC products and services.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry, including knowledge of current regulations and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in B2B sales or working with large commercial/industrial clients.
