Job Purpose:
To strengthen the Sales & Marketing function by driving business development, generating leads, closing sales, and expanding market presence for HVAC systems, cold storage solutions, and industrial chillers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC systems, cold storage projects, and chiller solutions
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through clients, consultants, architects, and contractors
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with design, project, and service teams for smooth execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in HVAC / Refrigeration / Cold Storage / Chiller sales
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and project-based selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Refrigeration Engineering
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage
