Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for an HVAC Sales Executive cum Supervisor. The responsibilities include managing sales strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution. The candidate will oversee the team to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while delivering effective HVAC solutions. Regular coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams is a key part of this role as well as achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Technical expertise in HVAC systems, with the ability to oversee project management
• Supervisory experience with a focus on team coordination and task delegation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on customer service
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Relevant experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is desirable
