Job Description:

Unique Air Conditioning is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales & Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, promoting HVAC products and services, and closing sales with commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads for HVAC projects through site visits, calls, emails, and digital platforms

Promote HVAC solutions including VRF, Chillers, Split & Central AC systems

Meet architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients for business development

Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals

Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain sales reports and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC sales or building services sales preferred

Good knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC solutions

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to generate leads independently

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Experience:

2 to 5 years in HVAC or related sales field
