HVAC Project Manager - Planning & Executions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.

Review and interpret HVAC drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs.

Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Lead project meetings, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.

Mentor and supervise field staff, subcontractors, and technicians.

Foster and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project management or related roles.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and service.

Proficient in project management software (e.g.,, AutoCAD).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
