Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, site coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs related to HVAC systems.
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare material submittals, technical documents, and project reports.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and associated systems.
- Supervise site activities and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials at the project site.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and measurement records.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handing over of HVAC systems to clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies at project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, Chillers, DX Systems, Ventilation, and Ducting works.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Understanding of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
