Title: Senior Engineer – Projects (HVAC)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Engineer – Projects (HVAC) to lead and execute HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in project execution, including chiller and VRF/Packaged AC systems, and the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HVAC projects from planning to commissioning.
- Manage site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Handle technical issues and provide effective solutions at site.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Designation Level: Currently working as or eligible for Senior Engineer – Projects.
Mandatory Experience:
- Must have independently completed at least:
- One HVAC project involving Chiller systems
- One HVAC project involving VRF or Packaged AC systems
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and system design.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
- Familiarity with project planning tools and MS Office.
