HVAC Operator

The HVAC Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Respond to service calls and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in HVAC operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technologies.
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and building automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC Technician certification or equivalent.
